Good hotel most preferred if you wish to enjoy at theme park. Walking distance m even hotel offers shuttle. Stay minimum two days and book directly with hotel to get park tickets packages which will be much cheaper specially during peak seasons

Awesome property. Loved from when I entered till I checked out. Perfect place for stay and enjoy the holidays. High profile chefs and food. Equipped with gym , swimming pool , pool side bar , recreation viz. X- box Table tennis , 8- Ball pool , air hockey ; and a spa. TV's in the hotel room no doubt were good but I think they should install Smart TVs for the guests.

Best place to stay overnight with almost all amenities. Room service. Nice views. Best location to corporate to spend time nearby Mumbai. Lovely arrangements without disturbing the privacy of commuters. Great Food quality. Proper room service, neat and tidy overall area. As a Godrej employee enjoyed lot of here in the last week.

Really good hotel , meets the standards of a Novotel. The food was great and it is a great place to do events. Also because of Imagica it is a great place to take kids and keep them busy all weekend. The only drawback is besides Imagica there isn't really much to see or do, so you are pretty going here only if u want to go to Imagica

Went here for Corporate event. Its part of Accor Hotels chain and is pretty standard it has a swimming pool and small Gym although didn't use it. Nice arrangement were made for pool side dinner. The buffet spread for break fast was amazing and tasty. The road side facing rooms has open mountain views not sure about back side.

First thing to mention about this hotel is that it is literally a 'tourist trap' because of the fact that the food in the hotel is overpriced and most of the activities in the hotel are not free. In fact there are no shops or restaurants around the hotel so be warned. We were not happy with the customer service in the hotel except for few staff members that know how to treat customers. A redeeming factor is the comfort of the rooms and the shuttle service from the hotel to the park. They also played loud music as part a parade in the hotel at 10:00am in the morning which is the exact same parade as in the park!! Overall I would just recommend people to visit the park instead of staying here. Probably an experience we would never expect from Novotel

Very nice place for a nights stay after completing all your activities at Imagica .. just adjacent to theme park. The entry ticket to Imagica is waived if you are residing at this place. Good restaurant & bar located in Novotel. There's a spa, kids play area, gym & 2 swimming pools also available. 3 meeting rooms are also available. Lot of choices for kids to enjoy at the hotel. They are very flexible with check in & check out time. Room is big enough & has got great views of outside. Breakfast spread is decent, however food quality is not that great

Nice property. Food was yummy and service was good. Checkin was smooth. Helping and courteous staff. Shuttle service available for the park.Only bad experience is that checkout was at 11 am and they disabled the access to room by 10:45 itself. This was annoying and should be avoided.

Beautiful hotel. The lobby was exceptional and very clean. The staff were very helpful especially at the front desk. They helped us guide about Imagica theme park along with offering a complimentary refreshment! We also enjoyed the morning Imagica parade which they have at the hotel. The cafe on the lower level looked amazing. Ambience gave the positive vibes. Overall it was a pleasant visit at the hotel 🙂 Kudos to the team!

We visited The Novotel Imagica for the third time as my children love the place. My wife and me love to chill around the property while the kids are kept busy through the day with entertainment at the property. They have a children’s corner to play indoors and lots of other activities to keep them amused. Evening time is fun lazing around the pool. My daughter picked a DVD from Their big collection and enjoyed watching it at night in our room. The parade which happens with the kids in the morning around breakfast is Colourful and with love music. The food options at the property are quite nice and they have a good spread for children. The icing on the cake for our stay was the courtesy extended by ‘Kajol’ & her colleagues at the property who looked after us from the time of check-in to our check-out. We were offered the room with a brilliant view (photo attached).

Great experience and a very comfortable stay. Wonderful services. Must mention that great service offered by the restaurant in charge. The only thing we did not like that everything was not complimentary. Pool table, archery, toy riding etc were paid services and that too at very high cost. For the first time i have seen them as paid attractions...

What a rabbit warren of a hotel. There were rooms all over the place. Would love to have known how it ended up like that.Room 114 was generous in size and a lovely eclectic selection of furniture and a bright yellow bathroom suite and rain shower. It had an internal window to a reading area which was shared by room 115, then a door to a balcony with an outdoor setting. No air con but I had a fan and it was clean.Gardens were lovely and besides the main garden there were little balconies and gardens throughout the hotel. The breakfast was very good.I had a massage at the spa which was good.Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pretty nice hotel. We had a corporate event here. Banquet halls are good. Food was pretty decent... Not great. Rooms were nice but found issues in the bathroom (shower button was difficult to operate). A colleague who used the spa spoke highly of the services. If you are going to Imagica and intend to stay, then this is right next door

Had been here for office picnic. Its a great place to stay put in while visiting Water park. It has Good rooms with good view. Even though hotle is fully occupied with multiple corporates lodged in, the staff service is up to mark. They also provide shuttle service from hotel to amusement park.With beautiful landsacpe view from the balcony, the only regret is that we should have stayed longer.

Novotel Imagica provided an amazing service experience thanks to the lovely courteous professional staff everywhere. My family enjoyed the stay totally. Loved the kids club which has so much to keep them busy. Breakfast had a lot of great variety options. The dinner on site was also nice with good quality food and warm service. The room itself was cosy and clean with a good view. From the welcome on arrival to the departure procedure, we received a 5 star treatment. Thanks once again to all the lovely staff. Definitely will recommend this property on all social platforms.

Modern facility tucked away in a quiet location adjacent to Imagica. Facilities are very contemporary and staff are warm and efficient. The Square had a good spread for buffet breakfast with live counters. Service there could improve as I had to request staff to remove used plates from the table that too at a lean hour. Key card malfunction led to power failure in room close to midnight but was efficiently replaced soon after my call.

Everything was niceWe have organised distributor convention with approx 170 persons for 3 days. The experience was awesome. Superb Structure. The Rooms are really clean and hygienic. The view from the rooms is amazing. The service and food is also great. If you are looking to stay near Lonavala or in Khopoli then this is the best hotel to stay. Book in advance, as due to Imagica Theme Park and Water Park, there is rush almost every day.

Superb location, very quiet and green surroundings. Have good large swimming pool, though becomes crowded in evening as property has almost 300 rooms. Restaurants are quite spacious and food spread is good. They also have fun activities for kids like glass paintings. Overall good for break from metro life for a day or two

Blissful,rich & pleasant stay here. Place offers so many activities for kids/parents at the floor level.I stayed here for a single night which included 2 day passes to the Imagica world. At the reception we were warmly welcomed.Contact the Imagica representative desk located at the lobby level for the entry tickets. A gift/souvenir shop is located within. And here itself guests can buy clothing to wear in the Imagica water park or to access the pool with suitable clothing. Breakfast buffet was loved by us.

The ambience of the hotel and it's location is great. But the staff lacked proper service. Availability of ready to move in rooms was not prompt. Don't know if they were understaffed or was it due to sudden influx of many people. The hotel rooms didn't have toothbrush & paste. The dining halls didn't have tissue paper or napkins. The food variety was spread well, but most of the dishes lacked taste. Mostly, the occupants of this hotel are people who have come to enjoy the Imagica Rides.

Great experience of staying at Novotel. Property is very good and location is excellent as it is walking distance from Imagica. Great spread of buffet a must try. One can swim, play pool or relax in the bar. They also have kids soft play area. Guests can book Imagica tickets at the counter within the hotel. Heard property is owned by producer of MR INDIA movie so MOGAMBO could be seen ( with lot more characters) at the time of breakfast buffet. I think they have a 10-15 minutes dance performance along with all the guests and kids love it. We had a great time staying at this place definitely a safe place for families.

The rooms are great. Quite spacious and clean. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. We took the pool view and it was nice. You have Imagica ticket booking counter in the lobby itself so you do not need to wait in queue in Imagica.The room service left us disappointed as the glass we had used on the earlier day was not cleaned well and just rinsed. That left some sticky residue in it. Hope they take cleaning the glasses seriously as we blindly just pick it up and use it.The food we ordered in the room was good, but when we took the buffet it was quite ordinary. Same for breakfast.

Novatel Imagica is best property in locality. Beautiful entrance and supportive attendant with lots of charters moving around which makes the atmosphere cheerful.Breakfast, Lunch & dinner is better and well served. Since this place is well connected with the Pune and Mumbai this could be one of the best choice for corporate activities and R&R programme. My feedback for management is to put reflector marks with proper arrow connected to high way and near by Hotel.Sometimes it is difficult during late night to locate.

Excellent property with well trained staff. Good food, properly maintained rooms. Quick room service, staff is friendly and happy to help. We had been here for business offsite with around 115 people.The conference room or the lawn area did not look crowded with such a crowd. Property had ample of room to accommodate all the persons. They were able to full fill the food requirements without compromising over the quality.There were no technical glitched for which the sessions had to be stopped, also to mention a technical person was always present in the conference room.This property is truly a value for money being paid.

The hotel place is excellent and provides good view of surroundings. Rooms are quite spacious with clean bedding, well maintained washrooms. Most basis necessities were well taken care of. The room service staff was very helpful and quick in providing help. The restaurant ‘The Square’ has good spread of food and quite delicious. Special thanks to the restaurant Manager Mr. Vinayak for great service provided during our stay. Well appreciated by my family too and especially my daughter who wishes to visit Novotel yet again!!!Keep up the good service Team Novotel🙂👍

This property is in close proximity to the Imagica amusement park and so if you are planning to visit Imagica then it can be of great convenience but then there is nothing else around. The rooms are quite spacious and the service of the staff is courteous. We expected better out of the food though.

Great place, nicely maintained and clean. I want to stay here and don’t feel like going home. The theme of the place makes you feel like a kid. The pool is nice I’d well maintained. Price of of stay is a little expensive but value for your money. If you want to visit all the theme parks I would suggest you should book your stay here. Breakfast menu is also very nice. Great place for family, friends, corporate annual meets and HR workshops.

We had our organization's annual function her for 3 days. It was a good stay. Good room. Nice ambience. Good we'll maintained washrooms. The gathering hall was huge and well maintained. The class is par expectations. Lawn, party area, swimming pool area, is just so well maintained. The food was good. Decent management. Overall a good experience.

Located far from Mumbai's hustle and bustle, it is one of the best Hotel in Khopoli.1. The staffs are very professional and friendly.2. The most attractive thing what I feel is the Food. The foods are most delicious. The buffet lunch and dinner have every dish you crave. Almost all the dishes are yummy and tasty. You really have a tough time to exclude the dishes as all the dishes are of fantastic taste. They have thoughtfully designed their menus. I feel they have fantastic chefs who are doing amazing job.3. The rooms are spacious and cozy. Very neat and clean.4. They have kids corner which is nice place for kids. The games are chargeable.5. The gym is small in size but well maintained.6. The swimming pool is well maintained.We had a great experience and I would recommend others to visit this place for a peaceful and fun-filled experience.

It was my first stay in a five star with my family and second at Novotel. I am very happy. It is very child friendly hotel. Where do you get children below 16 years stay free? Only disappointment was no dinner buffet and parade during my stay. But that's fine given the reason of lesser occupancy due to pandemic. my son enjoyed every minute of stay. Already planning to visit again

1. Checking in was fast and All nformationsabout hotel were given.2.. Room with bathtub was large with king bed , sofa and chairs. Drinking water bottles also kept in the room.3. Mountain and parking View from room with foggy mountains I rain was beautiful.4. Buffet dinner and breakfast were testy and so many items were Jain.5. Staff was helpful in every aspects.6. If you are thinking of driving to Imagica then this will be a life saver. After an amazing day spent at Imagica, after those exhilarating rides and activities.. driving back home is last thing you wanna do. Big let down compared to my visit a couple of years ago.Obvious cost cutting.Air conditioning in the lobby was sub optimal.Room cleaning not done despite requesting for it.Room amenities were equivalent to a 2 star hotel.Kids activities were understandably closed due to government regulations, but what was available ( trampoline) was charged separately.

I think this hotel needs some maintenance done. Its a good place to stay if you are here for the theme park. The rooms are decent, but not up to that luxury hotel mark. I loved the food, though the lower floors can get a bit confusing to navigate around. Good place to stay if you have kids along but if a business trip then you might want to skip this.

Rooms & facilities were not upto the mark. Room had so many issues. Keys were not working. Room was filled with cigarette smell. Hair dryer socket was not working. They don't even give coffee mugs. They were giving papercups. U need to ask for most of the toiletries. Most of the games in play area were paid. Nothing much for kids.Only good thing was food. Breakfast and dinner platters with lot of varieties and good taste. This 3rd star is only for food.

Had a decent stay except few things. On the front desk reception the guy asked us to find and show the details of the amount debited at the time of booking instead of checking the credit in the hotel system. He made us struggle to find the details of the debit and even said the booking is not done and even if we have the proof of booking money was not transferred to the hotel. Which he later found out that it was credited and apologized to us. But he was pretty clueless and a bit rude in his talk. So there is a huge problem with internal system.The systems were not even updated about our extra bed inclusive package and we were asked to pay extra for it. And only after we showed the package details as proof did they cancel the charges.Secondly the approach road to the hotel is bad even from the main gate to the hotel front the road is spoilt.Also the parking is not only far but is an open parking on the ground without any shade which would heat up the car.Also i think its better if the charges for little games inside the hotels is made all inclusive even if you need to hike up the price. Its dam irritating to see someone appear and inform about the charges now and then.Apart from this little things our stay was good. I hope this feed back would help.

Good place for s staycation decently placed in Khopoli. My suggestion would be two thing there need to be some banner or flex showing turn from the highway and secondly the kitchen exhaust near the pool side needs to be higher as it gets a bit hot and air is a bit heavy. Else we really enjoyed the stay. Great place for families and couples as well.

Everything is Fine But In Room Service is very Poor. May be the rush was high but still not expected from a hotel of this category. I personally waited for 6 Hrs Long to get the Electric Kettle Replaced. Even They don't clean up the room after telling also. I personally had to go to reception and tell them and then only they will come for the Room Cleaning.The main thing I liked was the Complimentary Food Service for Toddlers. They never charged me any amount.Valet Parking was also good.A 3 star from my side.Hope to see the same improved in my second visit in some time soon.

It was an amazing weekend staycation for my kids. Nice play area for kids lots of table game options for adults also. Buffet multi-cuisine breakfast and dinner was widespread and delicious. Although check-in took 45 minutes but no complaints since my family used that exploring the property. The gymnasium was adequately equipped. Most importantly, even though they are short on staff each one of them had a warm welcome smile every time.

Loved this place. The rooms are quite spacious. The food is amazing. Staff is very courteous and efficient. We had stayed their for a birthday celebration. They arranged for a complimentary cake which was yumm. Even though we didn't get a buffet dinner since the hotel did not have required no of guests,, but the choice of menu was still good to choose from and they happily served everything we ordered. All in all 5 stars to this one.

The property is huge. Rooms are good enough as well. We had terrible experience during check in. They take hell lot of time during check in even though you have booked it in well advance.. The check in time is 2 PM. We reached hotel for check in around 4 PM and we got our rooms for a long wait of 2 hours. All the guest were complaining same thing. We felt lack of management and staff for this mishaps. Later we were compensated with discount for food on request. Food was too good and room service was also quite okay.

I recently addressed a seminar for the Leadership Team of a Multinational Company at Novotel Imagica. The venue is lovely, the acoustics are fine and the food arrangements were good too. The seminar hall stands out because of its amazing floor to ceiling height. That gives a feeling of space to the speaker. Overall a good experience delivering the seminar here. Recommended for your corporate events.

Stayed here for four straight days a couple of months ago. A perfect place to relax and unwind. The location, the nature and the facilities all together combine to form a very good experience. Room facilities, staff service and breakfast spread are all top notch. The only issue would be due to the location of the hotel, you would have to depend on the hotel for everything. Rest all is perfect.

It took so long almost 2 hours. Till then, I had to make my baby sleep on lobby couch. Not expected when you pay such a price for your stay.Room kettle was not clean. Took 1 hour to replace it. Carpet was very dirty. ( Yes.. I noticed and mentioning it here because it is supposed to be cleaned as your guests may have babies who want to crawl freely atleast inside the room.) Trash was already there in the dustbin.One more thing.. there is design flaw in bathroom. There is only one sheet which covers the bathroom glass wall. if you say it's luxury.. No, it's not. Note that nobody likes to be seen while using toilet seat. 😂🤣😂 If you are sharing room with your colleague or friend, it's very risky. 🤣😝🤣Buffet food service was good. Huge variety and all the dishes, I tried, were very tasty. Yes you have to wait to get a table sometimes.

We had a satisfying stay with family at Novotel Imagica. However, we would have been happier if all services had been operational since the rate paid per night was the full rate. The hotel pool was something that we were looking forward to use and we were not notified at time of booking that it would be closed. The staff at the hotel was very polite and helpful; kudos to them.

They have a very huge property with all the facilities!One can think of having their marriage functions over here on a grand scale !A big fat wedding can happen here with all possible decor and food!We just had a family wedding at Novotel Imagica khopoli !And we did enjoyed a lot !The service provided by the staff was amazing ...they were just a call away whenever we needed anything !Humble and polite !The locker of my room was locked by a kid and just at a call the staff was at my door to help me with the locker thing!Cleanliness was also taken care of !Had a great time there🙂😍

It's mostly catering to the Imagica tourists. The property is well located, mid point between Mumbai and Pune. Walking 🚶 distance from Imagica park. The property has a lot of scope for improvement, probably due to post covid factor. Loads of maintenance needed. Is one of the best 5star properties to work with, they are very easy going and cooperative for doing events here. The staff is cordial and nice. The rooms either over see the hills next door or the Imagica park. Recently sized rooms with good baths. It's surely worth the price, as totally sad places to stay in the vicinity are charging 4k for a night. Book your nights here.

Hotel was very nice, ambience was good. Check in process was taking too much of time for a group entry and only minimum staff available for such a big hotel for check in process. Even after 3pm we didn't get the Room.Food taste was not as much expected, But ok.For our event Banquet arrangements was so good.

The staff is really nice and polite. Service is good. No complaints as such. However would like to point out some feedback1. Have to call multiple times for services, feel they are under staffed.2. Pool closed at 7pm, too early. Atleast open till 8 pm. Also can place little bit music / speaker to make it more lively.

Good option to stay if you are visiting Imagica. Rooms and property are well maintained. Room service is very slow. They have a decent breakfast spread and value for money. Front desk is very lethargic and are mostly non responsive. Always good idea to reach out to their customer experience team during work hours to sort your issues. If you are visiting during a Friday Saturday then the place is a like a market. Best part is the swimming pool and if ur lucky you will get a pool wide view room with a balcony. If you are spending more than 2 days at Imagica then this hotel is absolute value. Again watch out for the mad seasons before you visit and avoid weekends.

Nice rooms. Maintenance could have been better. The door locks were partially functional. Safety chain was missing.Breakfast spread was good. Receptionist was not fully conversant with the billing software. The bill was not stamped in spite of specific request. Location is ideal if sole purpose of visit is to visit the Imagica water park. For any other purpose, the hotel is somewhat inconveniently located.

We had gone during the busiest days - the Diwali long weekend and hence the hotel was fully booked (with families and Kids).Novotel Imagica is famous for being a kid friendly hotel and there are alot of activities to do for kids.We had a pleasant stay (minus the crowd). The breakfast buffet was good but due to so much crowd, a few items took longer to be served.We had also taken a dinner buffet priced at 1300 + taxes and it was quite worth it. It was quite extensive and there were many options in the starters, main course and deserts.Great for families with kids.

The hotel is good but certain bits need maintenance. Being the only premium hotel near Imagica one doesn't have much option. The bathrooms around the pool need cleaning and Maintenance. Food quality needs to improve drastically...The staff is friendly and cooperative. Room r comfortable but they do need maintenance and a bit of renovation. Overall an above average experience

Novotel Imagica is one of the premium hotels which provides more value for your money. The integration with Imagica is extraordinary. My overall experience was wonderful, exciting and memorable. I shall recommend everyone who wants to experience Imagica theme park and water park should consider a stay at Novotel. Some of the details which I captured during our amazing stay at Novotel is as under.- We booked Novotel Imagica package through Novotel website. The online booking process is very simple without much of the option.- I recommend check-in at around 11 am and directly approach the dedicated counter of Imagica, verify your bookings, keep luggage in rooms and make entry to the theme park.- On Day 1 visit theme park for full day return in the evening to your cozy, luxurious and clean rooms or may have an excursion at superbly maintained swimming pool.- On Day 2, after consuming delicious and scrumptious breakfast, follow the check-out process by requesting to keep your luggage in their cloak room. Than proceed towards the water park. After spending full day at water park, collect your luggage from the cloak room and exit Khopoli.I really appreciate the maturity shown by Novotel management to not only help us manage our time seamlessly but to be generous enough to allow us to use their Swimming pool's changing rooms for a post-pool bath.The entire experience was way above my expectation and that's why I say that by spending little extra you get huge benefits in the value of money you spent.

Our stay was perfect. We were properly greeted, gave an overview of the property, parks and other facilities. Breakfast was icing on the cake - our attendance Manali was very helpful. She took care of my one year daughter so we could finish our breakfast properly.Highly recommended if you want to unwind for the weekend.

Inadequate guest services. Completely unexpected from Novotel. I highly recommend not opting for a stay at this particular chain during peak season or holidays. They have a lot of crowd coming in… which is fine but they are absolutely not equipped to manage the crowd. Guest requests can take up to days to be fulfilled it’s no joke and that too basic requests like water bottles, pillow, towels (which cleaning staff forgot to provide while cleaning up the room!!) Rooms may remain uncleaned for days if you don’t constantly follow up with the cleaning staff personally despite putting on the clean the room light. I Cannot even remember the number of times I’ve called in for the air conditioning maintenance staff because of the seemingly faulty air conditioning (even had to change a room for it- which they kindly accepted to do… I’ll give them that). But all in all I’d say is that it was a rather disappointing stay for having paid a premium price for a stay during peak time and then having to receive mediocre services.

However, the room (341) is in serious need of repairs. The room is poorly lit and dated, flush malfunctions, the shower stopper doesn't work and has to be operated manually, the mini fridge light flickers, the switch to operate washroom blinds is faulty. The biggest con is that the sound proofing is not adequate at all and I could hear commotion from the game area in the first floor till midnight and again from early in the morning. Had a very disturbed sleep as a result.That being said, the service by housekeeping had been impeccable and everything was delivered within 5 minutes of placing a request. I liked the buffet breakfast spread as well. The parade by cartoon characters at 9:45 AM at the lobby is nice for the kids, though I wish it was a little longer than the 2 minutes.Recommendation: I would recommend that you book the standard rooms as part of the Imagicaa package. It will still be value for money. Don't go for higher level rooms.

They describe it as a 5 star, unfortunately neither the service nor the rooms are worth the 5 stars. You can expect to find only 3 star service. We asked them for an international charger extension, they stopped answering our calls. They said you can sit in the lobby for 2 hrs to charge your phone. They did nothing to help. We asked for an Indian charger they dint provide. Also the guys at the reception have no knowledge about what’s going on in the hotel. Room service or guests services is as good as a no.

The Hotel ambiance is good. But the hotel staff behavior is very bad. The reception staff is very rude and untrained. None of the staff is eager to help. It feels the hotel is getting run by uninterested interns.Behavior with the customer is pointed and all will try to find faults with you or try to blame everyone except themselves. This was my worst experience among all stays. The Manager is nowhere to be seen. Worst experience of ever staying in any hotel . They are enjoying the lack of good hotels in that area . Will never like to visit the hotel again. I lost trust on the Novotel brand itself after experiencing the hotel. If anyone have money to be burnt or doesn't give any importance to staff behavior then its OK to book rooms there.

I recently stayed at this Novotel Imagicaa Khopali hotel and was blown away by the exceptional service and luxurious amenities. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The cost of the Novotel hotel and resort is well worth it. The restaurant where we had our buffet was excellent, and there were lots of alternatives for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The price was reasonable, Priti truly assisted us in selecting the dishes, and her service was first-rate. I would strongly advise.

If you have planned to stay here only to enjoy your stay after the park, think again. The only thing this place is good for is that it is right adjacent to the theme park. Some activities (may be the ones that attracted you to this property) close by 8! Yes, by 8 pm. The park closed around 7.30 pm. In my practical experience that does not give you enough time to enjoy the facilities.Now one can say that because we choose to stay at the park till the end we are not able to use the facilities provided by the hotel. Well, if it were not located next to the theme park and sold as a bundle offer why would one come all the way stay here?I did not find the place worth the money only because I did not get to use the activities that I would have liked since I was on a holiday. At 30-40 min drive from the theme park there are much bigger and better hotel/resorts at similar prices.

We had such a great experience staying at this hotel—it honestly felt like a home away from home. Right from the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was a quick room request, directions, or just a casual chat, they were always around and happy to assist. You can really tell they care about making your stay as comfortable as possible.One of the highlights for us was definitely the food. All three meals were consistently delicious! Breakfasts were hearty with lots of variety, lunches had a good balance of local and familiar dishes, and dinner was something we looked forward to every night. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful—kudos to the kitchen team!We were traveling with our kids, and they had an absolute blast. The hotel has some lovely kid-friendly activities and spaces that kept them entertained throughout the day. It was such a relief knowing they were having fun and in a safe environment while we got to unwind a bit ourselves.All in all, it was a really relaxing and enjoyable stay for our whole family. The credit only goes to the cleanliness in the inside of the rooms, but the balconies are a mess. Whole lot of bird droppings. Also a special mention to Mr. Ismail (if I'm not wrong) at the reception desk who patiently handled the errors in the hotel management.Here It goes.Minuses:1. Over delayed room service for water.2. No mosquito repellents3. A person comes in with a mosquito bat and voila that's it for the mosquito repelling spree.4. Twice - Wrong order brought in the in-room dining. Wrong beers and wrong main course served.5. Women's changing room for the pool area was unhygienic.6. The kids play zone area was not air conditioned. No alternative means to ventilate it. The equipment inside the playzone was very flimsy and looked like not maintained well. Although the equipment was kept clean.7. Failure of Internal communication: had I not reminded of the food packages we took worthRs. 9000/- which the restaurant department "the square" did not relay the information to the reception desk, we would have easily walked off and checked out without paying.Pluses:1. Kids menu was decent.2. We got a dish modified for our 3 year old which was made exactly as per request. Thank you.3. Swimming pool was clean.4. The breakfast parade of various Imagicaa characters made our start to the day very pleasant.5. I'll repeat the room cleanliness was good except the balconies which were riddled with bird droppings (please cover the balconies).
